How to crop Meesho labels and print 4 on A4

When a Meesho PDF contains a shipping label above a tax invoice, you can remove the invoice section and prepare a compact print sheet. The workflow is simple: upload the PDF, detect each TAX INVOICE boundary, crop the area above it, then arrange four labels on an A4 landscape page.

Step 1: Start with the original Meesho PDF

Use the PDF produced for your orders. Avoid converting it to screenshots first because that can reduce barcode clarity and make automatic text detection harder.

Step 2: Detect the invoice boundary

The cropper reads the PDF text layer and searches for the TAX INVOICE marker. Its vertical position becomes the lower edge of the shipping-label crop. If that marker is missing, the tool reports the problem instead of guessing.

Step 3: Arrange four labels on A4

Landscape A4 gives a wide sheet that can be divided into four slots: top-left, top-right, bottom-left and bottom-right. Each label is scaled proportionally to fit its slot.

Step 4: Print without changing the PDF scale

For sticker sheets, use the printer's actual-size or 100% scaling mode unless your media supplier specifies another setting. Always test one sheet before a large batch because sticker margins and printer driver behavior vary.

Why browser processing is useful

For this workflow, there is no reason to send the label PDF to a remote server. Processing it in the browser can reduce infrastructure requirements and keeps ordinary customer address data local to the user's device.
