Some seller PDFs place a shipping section at the top and a tax invoice below it. If your goal is packing and dispatch, you usually need the label area rather than the invoice section.

Where does the crop stop?

An invoice-aware cropper can use the start of the TAX INVOICE heading as a machine-readable boundary. That is safer than assuming every PDF uses the same pixel height.

Why PDF text detection helps

Because the source is a PDF, the heading can often be located from the document's text layer. That gives the browser a useful measurement without sending the document to a server.

When manual review is still useful

PDF templates can change. Review the detected label count and test the output on a small batch when Meesho or a courier changes the document design.
